How to Unsubscribe from Email and SMS

Need a break from all our updates, deals, and other news? You can either select specific email alerts you wish to stop seeing or unsubscribe completely.

Find a Fireplace Deals email in your inbox (or wait for the next one to arrive) and at the very bottom, you’ll see an “Update your preferences” link. This link sends you to a page where you can select which messages from us, you’d still like to see, or if you don’t see anything of interest, let us know if you’d like to unsubscribe from everything. We’ll miss you!

Unsubscribe from Texts

To unsubscribe from SMS updates just text the word “STOP” (but without the quotation marks). We will confirm your cancellation with one last text confirming the cancellation.

If for whatever reason these methods don’t suit you feel free to submit a request to be removed from these lists. Of course, we will be sad to see you go. And remember you can always re-subscribe later!
