Fireplace Deals wants to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. We’ve worked hard to streamline the process to make everything as easy as it can be for our valued customers. If for whatever reason you’ve purchased a product and are not satisfied, or decided it will not fit your needs, that’s fine. We got you covered.
Items can be returned within 40 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and uninstalled to be returned.
- Submit a return request. This must be done within 40 days of the delivery period. Put your order number in the description section.
- Within two days you will receive an email with instructions for return. This email will include a return shipping label and a list of authorized return items. When you receive this email, you will have 30 days to return the product.
- Fireplace Deals will inspect the product once they receive the return and will issue you a refund within two weeks.
If you try and submit a return request for an item 40 days after delivery, or if you take longer than 30 days to ship back the product you will not be eligible for a refund.
Not all items can be returned.
Items purchased in a bundle at a discounted rate must have the entire bundle returned in order to qualify for a refund.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Custom made products
- Clearance items
- Any items that have “non-refundable” in their description
- Used items
- Installed or assembled items

Holiday Return Policy
Eligible items purchased from November 1st – December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
