Obtaining a Rebate Form

A rebate is a refund for the partial cost of an object. It is usually granted after an object is purchased.

If there is a rebate available for a product you purchased, you will find a link directly on the item page, where you purchased the product. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find the “Manufacturer’s Downloads” section. 

If there is no link on the item page, it is because the rebate is contingent on specific requirements. In many cases, if your purchase met the requirements of these conditions, our customer service team will email you the link directly.
