Resending a Confirmation Email

If you did not receive a confirmation email:

First, check your spam folder, and if you are on Gmail, check the Promotions tab.

Second, visit our Order Status page. If you created an account with us (and we recommend you do: it helps in situations like this, and you gain cool rewards!) you will be able to see your order history upon sign in.

Third, if you made your purchase through Amazon, you may not be able to check your order through this website. Check your Amazon order history. Amazon’s private policy dictates that they will keep your email private so if you still cannot find your order, send us a quick request email and we can link you to your order.
