You can see the status of your order by visiting Your Account.

You will need to enter the number you received at the time of making your order as well as the zip code and last name you used in the billing process.  If you don’t recall the order number, it will be listed on the confirmation email.

If you paid through Amazon, you must visit their page to track your order. Amazon’s privacy policy states they will keep your email address private, so if you wish for us to send a link to your order send us a request through our submit a ticket page and we will promptly send you a link for the order.
