Delivery can take between 7 and 14 days.
Custom orders usually take between 6-8 weeks.
Direct shipments are only made to the continental U.S.
Fireplace Deals offers free shipping on orders over $49.
Special shipping accommodations will be made for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. These locations are not eligible for free shipping, and the customer is responsible for duties, tariffs, and extra charges on shipping.
We use FedEx or UPS for standard shipping.
We reserve the right to decide if a shipment will be shipped through freight or standard shipping.
All shipments (unless specifically stated otherwise) will be curb-side shipments. You will be responsible for moving freight shipments to your property.
Freight shipments will require a signature upon arrival. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature or leave a note accepting the delivery, this will be treated the same as if the delivery was signed for in good condition. Fireplace Deals cannot be held responsible for any damages that may have occurred during the shipping process.
Remote areas (Fire Island, Martha’s Vineyard, etc.) may incur additional shipping fees. This includes free shipping orders. The customer will be responsible for these fees. You will be contacted and notify you of any additional charges as soon as possible.
It is always the customers' responsibility to inform us of any issues or damages incurred during the shipping process. For freight deliveries, you have one day to report damages and for standard deliveries, you have 30 days to report damages. You will need a photo of the damaged product in both cases. It is also the customers' responsibility to inform us of any problems with a specific type of delivery at the time of purchase: for example, dirt roads, long winding roads, or vacant establishments that may hinder delivery. Fireplace Deals isn’t responsible for extra shipping costs. Fireplace Deals is also not responsible for packages not delivered by the shipping company.
We ship to APO and FPO addresses, but the shipments must meet the USPS size, weight, and content restrictions. If for some reason the package cannot be shipped, you will be contacted. These shipments may also incur additional charges and fees the consumer will be responsible for. We will notify you of these fees before the shipment is sent.
If an item is returned because of an incorrect address the customer will cover the fees for shipping all ways. If a product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer at any point in the process this shipment will be treated as a return. See our return policy here.
